How It Started
Real student housing problems — not abstract ones.
After my second year at LSU, I learned firsthand how hard it is for students to find reliable housing. What looked like the perfect apartment quickly turned into a nightmare — unresponsive management, shady fees, and zero accountability.
The next year, with one week left in the school year, my roommates signed a lease without me. I was left without housing, without roommates, and without a real option.
Why Suble Exists
Because housing shouldn’t feel like a gamble.
There is no transparent, student-first housing platform built to withstand the chaotic life of a college student. Students are forced to rely on Facebook groups, snapchat stories, and word-of-mouth — places with no structure, no safety, and no accountability. Until now.
